Irving Commons Condominiums is a sixty (60) unit complex consisting of forty (40) two-bedroom townhouses and twenty (20) one-bedroom flats. Currently the University of Dayton owns approximately forty-three percent (43%) of the townhouses and thirty-five percent (35%) of the flats.
Therefore, there are a limited number of units available to take advantage of the lease direct rates!
